I’m delighted to be the winner of the “She’s Got The Look” model search contest for women over 35 years of age.  Celebrity judges Kim Alexis, Beverly Johnson, Robert Verdi, Sean Patterson and the TV Land network executives made an enormous statement about beauty when they chose me as their new Supermodel. Beauty is no longer being defined by flawless 21 year olds gracing the cover of magazines with no life experience or depth of character.

Today’s mature women want to be inspired by someone they can relate to and identify with.  As a 46-year-old successful wife of 18 years and mother to five magnificent children, I understand the beauty of having flaws and I’m honored to be known as the “poster girl” for anti-aging and share my beauty secrets.

As an international beauty consultant and Supermodel, I can effortlessly tell you to cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize and protect your skin with products that are Botanically-based, PH-correct, Hypoallergenic, Dermatologist-tested, Formulated without animal products and mineral oil.  These key recommendations would make a dramatic change in your skin’s texture, but the products alone are not enough to make you feel beautiful.

In order to make your beauty “Phenomenal,” you must do more than just cleanse your skin with superior products on a regular basis.

Here are five of my favorite tips to make your beauty stand out in a crowd. . . . Your attitude will determine your altitude so don’t leave home without Forgiveness, Confidence, Integrity, Faith and Cosmetics in your beauty bag.  Yes, that’s right. Master these fave-five and you are on the road to “Phenomenal Beauty.”  Phenomenal Beauty is when your mind, body and spirit are in balance.  It’s a rare moment in a woman’s life when she feels sincere about the person she has become. Usually it takes a transformation in order to reach the pinnacle of your beauty status or what I call “Phenomenal Beauty.”

Phenomenal Beauty is knowing who you are, but being open to the person that you can become. Years ago I would not have had the courage or confidence to stand before a panel of judges to display my beauty like I recently did on national television because I lacked self-esteem.  I was brutally stabbed seven times as a teenager by a woman that was jealous of my beauty.  It took years to regain my self-esteem. Winning “She’s Got The Look” had little to do with my physical looks, and more to do with my attitude . . . and that’s why I won the title! I want to encourage you to keep the spirit of Forgiveness in your heart: It will change the way you view yourself and others. Constantly work on your Confidence - it’s magnetic and others will be drawn to you. Make Integrity your work ethic by being the person you say you are when no one else is looking. Do what you promise to do, develop Faith in God, and keep Cosmetics in your cupboard. These tips will enhance your inner and outer beauty every time to give you “The Look.”
