“I would basically tell them they have to set their priorities straight and that it takes a lot of hard work. It’s not like it appears to be, because sometimes TV makes it look easy. . . but it’s not easy. It takes dedication and hard work. But set your goals high, dream a lot and go for it. That’s what I’d say.”

“An athlete who, first of all, works hard and takes his craft serious and goes out every night and gets the job done – who is consistent. And I think once you’re consistent with your numbers, and your performances, then that makes a great athlete.”
