Grand Prize:
- Winner and guest will enjoy Anquan Boldin’s 2 personal, lower level, seats to the brand new Levi’s Stadium where the San Francisco 49ers will take on the Seatle Seahawks in a rematch of last years NFC Championship Game (Thursday, November 27, 2014, 5:30 PM PST)
- Following the game, winner and guest will meet Anquan Boldin for photos, autographs, and a brief chat, in the restricted team family area; where 49ers players meet up with their families after each game.
- Winner will receive an autographed pair of Anquan Boldin’s game used receiver gloves
- Winner and guest will each receive an AcrosstheMiddle Tee Shirts
- Winner will receive a $500 allowance for out of pocket expenses including in-stadium food, meals, and ground transportation
- Winner and guest will receive roundtrip airfare, as necessary to attend the game (if needed, if used, $2,500 total maximum)
- Winner and guest will receive 2 night hotel accommodations in San Francisco (if needed, if used, check-in Wednesday November 26, 2014, check-out Friday, November 28, 2014)
- Winner will be awarded a cash prize in the amount of $1,729.00 to mitigate the winner’s tax liability that results from winning the prize. This prize is withheld and paid, on behalf of the winner, directly to the Internal Revenue Service ($1,456.00) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ($273.00). CFC reserves the right to adjust the value of the prize item depending on the actual value of the prizes received.
